Subscribing and paying

Updated October 26, 2026

One month of access at a time, at the price she set, paid straight to her. Here is the whole path, and what happens if something stalls. For the walk-through with every screen, read Subscribe to a backroom.

How do I subscribe to a creator's backroom?

Open her backroom from her profile, tap Request access, confirm you are 18 or older and send your request. She accepts or declines within 7 days.

Once she accepts, you see her payment links and your reference, and you have 7 days to pay.

How much does a backroom cost?

Each creator sets her own price for a month, between 4.99 and 49.99, in euros or US dollars. The price shown when you send your request is the one you pay for that month, even if she changes it afterwards.

How do I pay a creator?

You pay her directly and in full, on one of her own payment links, such as PayPal, Revolut or Wise. Write your reference in the payment note, then tap I have paid on RateMyFeet.

RateMyFeet never touches the money. It keeps the record of who asked, who paid and who confirmed. Direct payment, explained covers every case.

What is the reference for?

Your reference is a short code, RMF- and four characters, that ties your payment to your request. Write it in the note of your payment so she can find it among the others.

It is a label, not a proof of payment. Keep your own receipt or screenshot.

When does my month start?

Your month starts the moment she confirms she received your payment. She has 7 days to do it, with a reminder on day 3 and a warning on day 6.

If she has not answered after 7 days, your case goes to RateMyFeet, which opens your access on your declaration unless the evidence says otherwise.

What if she says she did not receive it?

The first time she answers Nothing received, you get a fresh deadline to sort it out: check the amount and the reference, and send her proof if you have it. If she says it a second time, RateMyFeet decides, from the history of the request and the proofs on both sides.

RateMyFeet refunds nothing, since the money never goes through it.

Does my subscription renew on its own?

No, a backroom subscription never renews on its own: it runs one month at a time. If you keep Prepare my renewal each month ticked, the next request is ready 3 days before your month ends and you get the instructions by email. No money moves until you pay again.

After your month ends, you keep 3 days of grace to renew. You can also renew up to a month ahead: paying early adds a month from your current end date.

Where do I see my subscriptions?

My subscriptions, in the menu, sorts them into Waiting, Active and Past. Waiting holds the requests to pay, Active lets you renew, switch the prepared renewal on or off, or cancel.

If you cancel, you keep your access until the end of the month you paid for, without the days of grace.

How many requests can I send at once?

You can have up to 15 first requests waiting at the same time. Renewals do not count toward that limit.
