What is custom content on RateMyFeet?
Custom content is a pack of photos and videos a creator makes for you alone, from what you ask for. She shows up to three offers, each with its pack (so many photos, so many videos), its price and the delay she gives herself to make it. Nobody else ever sees what she makes for you.
How do I order custom content?
Pick one of her offers, write what you would like, confirm you are 18 or older and send it. Her offers are on her cover, at the top of her backroom, and in your conversation when she proposes one there. What you write can be 500 characters long. Links, handles and contact details are not sent.
Your order lands in your conversation with her as a card, so you can talk about it there ("left foot or right?") before she starts.
Do I need to subscribe to order custom content?
No, ordering custom content does not need a subscription. Any member can order from a creator who sells it, whether or not he has ever entered her backroom. You can hold one order in progress per offer, so you can order two of her offers at once, but not the same one twice.
How long does she have to make it?
She has the delay shown on her offer, one to seven days from your order. If she has not delivered by then, the order closes on its own and nothing is owed. She can also refuse it, without giving a reason, and refusing never stops you from ordering again.
When do I pay, and how?
You pay her only once she has delivered, and you have seven days to do it. You pay her directly, on one of her own payment links, writing the reference shown on your order on the transfer. Then you tap I have paid. She confirms when she sees the money, and it opens for you. RateMyFeet never holds the money: there is no card form anywhere.
If she has not answered your declared payment after a week, the case comes to RateMyFeet, exactly as for a month of backroom. The details are in Direct payment, explained.
What do I see before I pay?
Before you pay, you see what the delivery holds and her note, never the files themselves. You know how many photos she made and how long each video runs. The files open the moment she confirms your payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can withdraw your order at no cost until she delivers. Open it from Custom content in your menu and tap Take back my request. Once she has delivered, the order waits for your payment.
What happens if I do not pay?
If a delivered order goes unpaid, it closes after seven days and you get a warning. She made it before you paid, so it counts: the second time within ninety days at the same creator, you cannot order from her for thirty days. Her backroom and your conversation are not affected. The unpaid files are deleted thirty days later.
Is what I bought mine for good?
Yes, custom content you paid for stays yours for good. It stays in Custom content, even if you never subscribe to her backroom or she leaves the Pro status. You watch it here, full screen; there is no download. Only a moderation decision on one of its files, a suspension of her backroom or the deletion of an account takes it away.
What if it does not match what I asked for?
RateMyFeet does not judge whether what she made matches what you asked for. That is why you see what the delivery holds before you pay, and why the conversation is there to agree on the details first. A refund, if any, is settled between you and her, under the rules of the payment service you used.
