Some things you do not want to share with every subscriber of a backroom. Custom content is the creator making something for you alone, from what you ask for: your idea, her feet, nobody else in the picture. You do not need to subscribe to her backroom, and you pay her only once it is ready. This guide walks the whole path.
Pick one of her offers
On her cover, in her backroom or in your conversation, choose the pack you want and tap Order.
Say what you want
Write what she should make, in 500 characters, confirm you are 18 or older and send it. Nothing is charged.
She creates it
She has the delay of her offer to deliver, from one to seven days. You see what it holds, never the files.
Pay her directly
Within seven days, pay her on one of her own links with the reference of your order, then tap I have paid.
It opens for you
Once she confirms she received the money, it opens here, full screen, and stays yours for good.
Her offers
A creator who sells custom content shows up to three offers. Each one is a pack: an exact number of photos and videos, a price in her own currency, and the delay she gives herself to make it. They are listed from the cheapest.
You find them in three places: on her cover, at the top of her backroom, and in your conversation, when she proposes one to you there. Wherever you see one, the button does the same thing.
If her door is closed, her offers are not on sale: nobody can order until she opens it again.
Say what you want
The order screen asks one thing: what you would like. You have 500 characters to say it, so be precise about what matters to you (a pose, a setting, a colour, your name written somewhere) and leave her room for the rest.
You confirm you are 18 or older, on every order. Then you send it. Nothing is charged, now or later, by RateMyFeet.
Your order appears as a card in your conversation with her, whichever page you ordered from. That is the place to sort the details out before she starts ("left foot or right?"), and the card follows your order to the end.
You can hold one order in progress per offer: two of her offers at once if you like, but not the same one twice.

Confirmed
It opens for you, for good
She makes it and delivers it within her delay. You get an email the moment it is ready, and the card in your conversation says so.
She can also refuse an order, without a reason. A refusal costs you nothing and never stops you from ordering again. If she does not deliver in time, the order closes on its own, and nothing is owed.
Until she delivers, you can take your order back at no cost, from Custom content in your menu.
What you see before paying
Once she has delivered, your order page shows what the delivery holds (how many photos, how long each video runs) and her note. Never the files themselves: those open when she confirms your payment.
Pay her directly
RateMyFeet never holds the money. You pay the creator on one of her own payment links, the same ones she uses for a month of her backroom. Your order page lists them, with the amount, your deadline and your reference.
Write your reference on the transfer. It starts with RMF- and is how she matches your payment to your order. Then come back and tap I have paid. She is told straight away.
From there it works exactly like a month: she confirms when she sees the money, or says she received nothing and you get a fresh deadline. A declared payment that goes a week without an answer is handed to RateMyFeet to decide. The details are in Direct payment, explained.
It is yours
When she confirms, the delivery opens on your order page, and you watch it full screen. It stays in Custom content for good: even if you never subscribe to her backroom, even if she leaves the Pro status. There is no download.
Only three things take it away: a moderation decision on one of its files, a suspension of her backroom, or the deletion of an account.
If you do not pay
The files of an unpaid delivery are deleted thirty days after it closed.
If it is not what you asked for
RateMyFeet does not judge whether what she made matches what you asked for. That is why you see what the delivery holds before you pay, and why the conversation is there to agree first. A refund, if any, is settled between you and her, under the rules of the payment service you used.
The rules behind all of this are in the terms, section 17. If you sell rather than order, the other side is in How to sell custom content.
